The apartment is situated on the first floor providing outstanding sea views of False Bay and the surrounding mountainous setting.

The accommodation is comprised of two bedrooms, a bathroom, through lounge/kitchen and a large balcony. The sea front bedroom has a double bed and the back bedroom is fitted with two single beds ideal for children. Linen is provided for four persons. (Bring own beach towels.) The kitchen is equipped for four but with additional numbers of everyday items. TV with DVD player plus a separate CD player are provided in the lounge area.

Situated within a security complex there is direct access to the beach for bathing, fishing or a refreshing walk. For the more energetic the complex also has its own tennis court, squash court and swimming pool. Allocated undercover parking is provided for one car with visitors parking adjacent.

Servicing twice a week included in this rate. A deposit of 50% is required on booking with balance on arrival and a R1000 damages deposit (refundable on departure). Initial deposit is only refundable if cancelled and re-booked. Rates are negotiable for longer bookings. Sorry but no credit cards accepted.
